1.Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal
These provisions are supplemented by Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce republished and amended and by GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

2.Return policy
According to GEO 34/2014 you have the right to withdraw from this contract without stating reasons and without incurring penalties within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you take physical possession of the products.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract using an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by e-mail to office@ionickiss.ro.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

3.Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we have received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for additional costs caused by the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Additional costs are any costs (transport, delivery, reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling, other than those necessary to determine the nature of the qualities and functioning of the products, postal or other charges) to be borne by the consumer when exercising the right of withdrawal. The costs of the courier service are not refundable. We will make this refund using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. We may postpone the refund until the date we receive the goods back or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods.

If you have received products in connection with the contract, ship the products to the location shown on the Contact page of www.ionickiss.ro, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are returned before the 14-day period has expired.

The conditions of the right of withdrawal apply only to consumers who are natural persons, as defined in Article 2(1) of GEO 34/2014.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products. The consumer is responsible for the integrity of the product until it reaches the store.

You are responsible for any diminution in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products.

At the request and with the consent of the consumer, SC FIRST STEP CONSULTING SRL may recommend to the buyer the purchase of another product of a quality and price equivalent to those requested in the first order. The initial order will be cancelled on the date of confirmation of the order of the product/products replacing the initial product.

If you are thinking of returning the product, do not use it! You may not use the products you have received before you have made a decision on the cancellation of the sales-purchase contract. The right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the product as you would in a shop, not to give you 14 days free use.

You cannot return products that:

have been the subject of a special order
have been distinctly customised at the consumer’s request
show signs of knocks, damage, wear and tear
have been unsealed and no longer have the original packaging intact, with all accessories and label intact.
are placed by any means in a condition unsuitable for resale

SC FIRST STEP CONSULTING SRL will bear the costs of return if it is attributable to it. (The products received do not correspond to the order, are other than those requested by its transmission).

4.Work schedule, deliveries, deadlines
-An order can be placed at any time but the processing period is from Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm, except on public holidays.

– Products available in the online shop can be delivered by courier.

– The delivery time for products is 48-72 h

There may be delays in relation to the delivery date set at the time of order confirmation; in this case the administrator assumes no liability on behalf of the courier companies.

-The administrator assumes responsibility for the delivery of products ordered by the buyer. The risk of loss of the goods is transferred to the buyer when the goods are actually delivered.

5.Buyer’s obligations
– to provide true, accurate and current information about his entity when requested, otherwise there is the possibility of orders being refused;

– to accept the resolution of any problems within 30 days from the date of their referral by email to the administrator;

– to accept the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the administrator once the orders have been placed and to pay for the goods by the methods made available at the time the order is placed

6.Obligations of the seller
-to provide users with free professional information on its products and services. The content published in the online shop is for guidance only. The characteristics of the products and their technical documentation displayed on the site are provided by the manufacturers and suppliers. The images of the products are displayed for presentation purposes only. Depending on the batch in which they were manufactured, the actual appearance of the product may differ.

– to deliver the products within 30 days after confirmation of delivery, if they are in stock;

– to use personal data collected from customers/users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy (GDPR) posted on the website.
